All orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped out within 24 hours of placement (always quicker when we can), excluding weekends and public holidays. For all orders received before 1pm (ACST) on business days, will be dispatched on the same day. As soon as orders have left our warehouse they are out of Vacay Swimwear’s control and are in the trusting hands of Australia Post. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout so you can receive your tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post too.

Please note that Vacay Swimwear will not be held responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item states ‘delivered’ on our tracking system, you must take up any enquiries with Australia Post.

Free Express Shipping is valid for orders that total over $130 AUD, excluding the cost of shipping and that are being delivered to an Australia shipping address. 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES:

All orders above $1000 AUD will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
